If you are requesting a date, time and facility, please use either theOnline Facility Request Form, or you can either save or print out the Facility Request Form (.pdf document) and either email to hgross@res-ec.org or mail to parish -Attn:Facilities Request, Church of the Resurrection, 3175 Paulskirk Dr., Ellicott City, MD 21042.
Your facility requests are entered on the calendar once a week usually on Monday or Tuesday. The confirmation letter goes to the chair of the committee or head of the organization.
